WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

 

Please allow up to 5 business days to verify and process your order and between 5-14 business days for delivery. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high order volume periods we may require additional processing time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 7 days from the order’s delivery date (with the exception of final sale items). We only accept items in new condition with original tags attached.

Returns/exchanges must be authorized by our web shop team prior to return.
Items sent without a Return Authorization number will be refused at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please email us at
[email protected] before sending your order to receive a Return Authorization number.

Please note that all sales of gift cards, socks, underwear and books are final.



 

 

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN EXISTING ORDER?

If your order hasn’t been shipped, we can modify or change your order. Please contact us immediately via email or you can contact us by emailing [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Unfortunately we cannot make changes to an order that has been shipped.
